As a trainer and coach, Linda Miller believes that successful organizations are supported by strong internal dynamics. Linda helps organizations create a corporate climate that allows individuals to excel and teams to perform.
Linda’s credentials make her a leader among corporate trainers and coaches. Holding two master’s degrees, Linda worked for 12 years in the behavioral science field, specializing in building productive and collaborative relationships typically dealing with major sources of conflict. Today, Linda is known as an executive coach and trainer. Her clients include leaders and teams from Alltel, Boeing, Catapult, Deloitte, Delta Faucet, Disney, Duke Energy, KPMG, WD40 and the Career Resource Centers affiliated with Thunderbird, the University of Washington and USC’s MBA programs, as well as professionals and non-profit organizations.
In 2005, Linda was hired to design and launch a coaching concentration area at Western Seminary in Portland, OR. This 120 hour training was designed for Christian leaders who want to bring coaching into their ministries.
Linda serves as an Executive Coach and Global Liaison for Coaching with The Ken Blanchard Companies. She is a former board member and founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation, and is a Certified Master Coach and Certified Mentor Coach. Linda co-created and held a leadership position with the Puget Sound and Greater Phoenix Coaching Associations.
