Welcome to The Mission Exchange, formerly EFMA! That's right, we have a new name and a new look, but our passion to help churches and mission organizations be more effective is stronger than ever before. We are single-mindedly focused on adding value to leaders and stimulating partnerships in the Great Commission community.

We chose The Mission Exchange as our new name because we believe it captures the sense of dynamic, interactive relationships between missional entities (both churches and organizations) and their leaders that is at the heart of our vision and identity. The phrase, "formerly EFMA" does not suggest we are turning our back on our heritage but that we are turning a new page, entering a new and exciting season.

I invite you to explore the opportunities for learning and connecting with our network of about 100 member organizations representing approximately 20,000 missionaries around the world. The Great Commission is too big for any organization to do alone. It is too important not to work together.
